Will save the “Great” for my next visit when I plan on using the sauna and wet rooms. Lovely place, just on the canal and near to a few bars and restaurants. Treatment (Hot stone massage) well executed, but I was a little annoyed that I was woken up from my slumber when I had to turn over… Overall a pleasant experience and I can’t wait to go back and try out their “Pamper sessions”

Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Leface was an excellent therapist - firm pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage . My only criticism is that the room was very cold and as a result the towels and blankets felt cold and a little damp. When you’re having a massage you aren’t wearing any clothes so I think a heater should be in in the rooms and towels fresh out of a dryer, warm or have an electric blanket underneath to make the the experience more enjoyable

I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. My body started to feel lighter, my legs less swollen, my period came back after many years of amenorrhea. Last time I went, I told her I was feeling all blocked on my sinuses due to a cold, and she suggested a face drainage and ear candles treatment. Professional from beginning to end, right pressure level for the massage, Jen enquired before starting the massage how i was feeling so that she could tailor the massage. It was delightful, not rushed, every part of the body was caters and cared for. A wonderful experience. Will book again.

Where do I even start? Jen is very professional. Love her vibe. The massage was amazing! My body felt brand new after. I’ve been having shoulder pains, and she got rid of them.

The environment is so relaxing. Jo spends time asking how you are feeling on the day and tailors your treatment accordingly. I have had both the massage and reflexology and thoroughly recommend. There are lots of nice little individual touches which makes you feel special and pampered for that hour. Perfect!

JZenn is an amazing masseuse. I had a very relaxing deep tissue massage. She's Very friendly and walks with you through every step of the process. She ends with tips on how to continue your self care journey. She's amazing.

I recently had a Lympatic Drainage facial massage with Jzenn and it was truly rejuvenating! The ambiance was serene, with soft music playing in the background,the room filled with a calming aroma.
