I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular! I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Another great treatment - my second face lift massage, I could actually feel the skin on my face tightening when Sam was massaging it, so much so when it was finished I felt like I had one of those clay masks on that tighten as they dry and I was talking as if I had one on - can’t wait for number 3 - thanks Sam

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Sam is phenomenal. She uses techniques I've never had during a massage before and really worked out some knots which had been causing me pain for some time. Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

Fabulous treatment as always! Reflexology with some added lymphoedema massage (for pregnancy related ankle/ foot swelling)! I can finally get my shoes back on! Thank you Sam :)

A wonderful experience with Sam tonight. She is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease straight away. I had a full body massage and it was wonderful so relaxing and peaceful. Thanks again Sam I will be back in January.

Another 5* experience at Sage with Sam. Id seen the hot stone massage on her page and decided to give it a try and let's just say it won't be the last one I get. The stones glide over your skin like hot butter, and in these colder months was just so dreamy. Thank you Sam for always making me feel refreshed and recentred.

This was my first time visiting Sam and I was not disappointed! Sam is so welcoming, approachable and spent time getting to know me which helped support my chosen treatment. I booked in for an Indian head massage and a back shoulder and neck massage. Both treatments were wonderful and I instantly feel better with less tension and more relaxed. Sam worked on my hip area too which is where I have some pain. The whole experience offered was wonderful and I will definitely be rebooking.
