Heaven. Such a cute and cosy spa. Located in one of the workers' cottages on Cox's Garden this little oasis delivers on indulgence. Music, linen, lighting, products, but best of all .... the therapist. One of the best massage and facial treatments in memory. Book ahead though because spots can be hard to come by - for good reason.

The service is excellent! All the way from the welcome, exploring needs and the technique and care put into the massage itself. I had Emma as my masseuse today, who you get the sense was just built for this sort of work. She radiates an authentic love, care and warmth and that's what I felt all throughout my session. Absolutely recommend and will return. Thank you to the rest of the team on staff for the smiling faces and positive energy today, I feel so refreshed :-)

Extremely relaxing. Very thoughtful service from the moment I walked in. The massage was excellent and a generous allocation of time including the foot bath at the start and full body - taking into account the areas of focus I had mentioned. Very calming environment and staff.

Warm, cosy welcoming first impression, then magical hands for a facial. A hidden gem in the shopping strip of Williamstown.

Bella was excellent and left the massage treatment very relaxed and loose. The total cost for one hr of massage is significant and the add on's are expensive. The question i would ask, who lically, can afford this type of treatment? Thanks Bella, was a really good experience.
