Prisca was amazing! I had a full body massage - extremely relaxing experience and for a reasonable price... The studio was very clean, the temperature in the room was just perfect. Prisca was very professional and after the massage she shared her observations and gave me tips on how to ease my aches. Great experience - Highly recommended!

The most healing and wonderful experience. I had a massage with Lou recently, following some health challenges. They listened so attentively to me about what I needed and I felt really safe and relaxed being massaged by them. My body felt such a release of tension after the massage. I would absolutely recommend a massage with Lou. I'm so grateful- many thanks.

Blissful full body massage with Ruth. It really felt like she assessed and adjusted with her hands to tailor the experience to me, made it a very personal and valuable experience. Also very friendly but professional. The treatment time and quality is very good value for money.

I am not a connosiour of massage therapy but I really felt that I needed some hands on treatment for well-being and relaxation. I wasn't disappointed! Today I had my first of 3 full body massages and was really impressed by the professionalism of my therapist, the value for money and the overall experience which was lovely. I can't wait for my next one.

I had a great massage with Lou. They were very careful to clarify expectations at the beginning of the massage and checked in with me throughout. I'm going through a hard time at the moment and Lou made me feel very safe and at ease. I felt much calmer and more grounded after my massage, and much of the bodily pain I'd been experiencing had eased off too. I'd recommend Lou to anyone and looking forward to going back :)

I’ve had a couple of massages with Lou, and each one has been unique and intuitive. They really match how I’m feeling with their intuitive, confident touch - if I need grounding they know how to respond, if I need care to a particular area they take extra time and attention there. In each massage I have felt very safe, held, respected and listened to. Lou has strength and body wisdom in the movements and touch they offer, while also holding space for breath and subtlety of emotions and energy that might arise. I really recommend.

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)

Such a beautiful and grounding experience with Lou, I cannot recommend them enough! Their approach is trauma informed and thoughtful, with a focus on safety and nervous system regulation. Lou met me where I needed to be and ensured that their practice was centered around my preferences and needs. I left feeling regulated, relaxed, cared for and connected to my body.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Table Thai Massage with Flame! She was great, making me feel comfortable while going through the different movements and ensuring that I felt at ease at all times and able to comment on what I wanted out of the experience. I will definitely be back for more sessions and would highly recommend this massage to everyone!

I have been to a few different nail salons in Brighton, Daisy’s nail company is the best. I book in with Gul every time; she’s so thorough and really pays attention to detail. Love my nails every time.

Excellent mani and pedi from a really talented team. I’m a fussy so and so and this is the only nail place I’ll go to due to the care and attention taken to deliver exactly what I want. Highly recommended. Am booked in for facial and massage soon too as have heard from others how excellent they are.

A great manicure. I was visiting Brighton and this was the closest salon. I got a booking very quickly and efficiently all done online. I got there and was met by Ashley who was incredibly patient (it always takes me ages to choose a nail colour!) Then she removed my previous gel nail varnish with such care and professional skills. And did an excellent gel manicure, taking such care and was very kind and considerate. I had had a long day and was exhausting and Ashley’s care and excellence ended my day perfectly. I only wish this was my local salon! Thank you Ashley for a great manicure!
