Was a nice relaxing massage. And she definitely got some knots out. Some constructive criticism , when therapist first put oil on hands and touched my back her cold hands made me jump, and as a lady with large boobs the offer of an extra pillow would have made a difference to comfort and the ability to relax. But all in all lovely massage , good pressure and technique and the lavender eye mask was an added bonus.

First visit in 4 months due to lockdown. All staff in PPE. All clients required to wear a face mask, log details for tracing, wash hands & have temperature taken. It was explained fulky what cleaning was being done to equipment in room. It felt very safe & clean. As always my full body hot stone massage by Jill was incredible.

I had a lovely warm relaxing two hours. I was taken care of in every way. I came away with all my aches and pains gently massaged away by Jill. Topped of with some reflexology and Reiki. I thoroughly recommend a Glow experience.

Gareth has a very calming way, always friendly, and he puts you instantly at ease. The full body massage leaves me relaxed, loose and able to move with fluidity. I sleep much better post massage and tend to try book at 4 week intervals which in combination with his recommended weekly yoga keep me balanced.

My body appreciates the monthly visits.

I was recommended a sports massage from Gareth by a friend who had one before a long distance running event. I am competing in a marathon at the weekend and it was the perfect preparation to relax the legs and muscles. Gareth is friendly, knowledgeable and so passionate about what he does. I've just had my 6th Lymphatic Drainage massage with Nat and the results are always so good. I suffer with water retention and I can visibly see the difference in my legs and feet after the massage, and eliminate the puffiness. Over the course of the massages I have noticed that my stomach has also become smoother in appearance. Highly recommend Nat's treatment especially if you have water retention.
