Roxy and Melissa went above, beyond, and then some in supporting my pregnancy! Our baby was breech, and thanks to the Flow of Life dream team I was able to try for the birth experience that I wanted. Our Birth Partner Bodywork session with Sue Ann was so wonderful!! She gave us some really good information and tools for navigating birth. She offered lots of hands on techniques my partner can use to both physically and emotionally support me. Grateful!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Due to Hurricane Helene our plans for attending the childbirth education class was thrown into the air but Sue Ann helped us plant our feet once we got back. They helped rearrange a time for an in person meeting and made the best of our crazy situation. As for the class itself, we left feeling very informed and confident in self advocacy. I really loved learning about the body work for early and active labor! Thanks again Sue Ann:)

Roxy is amazing at what she does! She is so knowledgeable about the pregnant person's body and helpful in navigating all of the things that can arise during this time. I highly recommend her bodywork sessions and the prenatal yoga series. She is passionate about what she does and it has been very valuable to me during this time!

Roxy was very knowledgeable and attentive- she was able to identify some areas in my body that were tight and likely contributing to the baby's positioning as well as some tips for how to continue working these areas at home. The massage was the best I have ever had, I felt completely relaxed when I left- I wish I had booked it sooner!
