Lovely service, very friendly staff and clean. Nails were done perfectly and with lots of care! Did not like that they asked for a tip it made me uncomfortable because I just budgeted to pay what the service was priced as. They need chairs for a waiting area because if the salon was full you will have to stand and wait for your appointments turn.

The technician was very sweet and did a good job but the work stations are messy and dirty and all the ladies share their products which I found a bit unprofessional. Each technician should have a full kit of their own. The price is great which I why I will go back

What a great massage! Even though it was a whole 90 mins, time felt like it just melted away ... that's how relaxing and tranquil it was. I highly recommend the 90-min swedish massage. Don't waste your time booking a shorter session. Just book the full session - you'll be glad you did. I know I'll definitely be going back for another one, and I'm thinking of doing a body scrub for my next visit too. David really has a solid technique and a friendly and warm demeanor. Tijdens onze vakantie in Kaapstad een full body massage geboekt. Vanilla studio is geen salon maar in het huis van de eigenaar, welke er onberispelijk uitziet. Erg verrast dat de massage door een man gedaan zou worden. Dit was iets wat ik nog nooit eerder had gedaan. David heeft geweldige handen. Zacht en indien nodig stevig. Heb er echt van genoten. Zo zeer zelfs dat ik nog een keer een rug nek schouders geboekt heb. Ook die was heerlijk.

My service was good from the nail practioner lady❤️.I was sad to know you dont do full deluxe treatments for 16h45 appointments from the lady in reception .I only got gel done offwich that was not my order .Was told because its late you can only do Gel😭 after waiting till 5pm to get assisted.Will def go back to century city branch

I took my 2 teenage boys for wash and cut. What amazing service we received from the moment I stepped inside. My boys have never rated any salon or barber as a 5 star experience. From the skills of the staff, the products they use, to the friendliness and flexibility to accommodate them and their respective request. What an amazing salon experience. Going forward I will only use them for my boys and myself. Hopefully, the service will continue to be this fantastic. We were in aw as they went above and beyond. Thank you Khoena Beauty bar. We will return.
