I went in for a brow lamination + lash lift and could not be happier with my service overall. Rita has the best manners which makes SUCH a difference from the second you walk in the door, and you can see her passion for her talent throughout. The place is clean, all staff are professional and the atmosphere is very calming so if you are prone to sensory-overload or are a carer for someone then this is where to go! Thanks for an amazing experience Cathy - I loved coming to the Complete Beauty by Cathy, the location was super convenient in Neutral Bay. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Cathy was super nice and chatty, and I felt relaxed. I got the Keratin lashlift and brow lamination and am in love with the results - I really recommend it.
