Lovely little beauty room, hidden away in Bournville. Havannah is very friendly, reassuring and pays such attention to detail. She talks you through the process and shows you what she’s doing as she goes along. She did an excellent job of my eyebrows and I will absolutely book another appointment with her. had a lash lift and brow lamination and it looks amazing ky was so easy to get along with made me feel comfortable the salon is gorgeous all after care was explained was even given after care moisturiser and brushes for my eye brows and lashes very happy and will deffo be a returning client

Donna is warm and welckming at my first consultation. I felt at ease and looking forward to my henna brows next week.

I went to my brow queen and she nailed it! Perfect shaping, super comfy vibe, left feeling like a million bucks! Definitely recommend her for brow magic!

Fantastic service! I had the LVL lashes plus eyebrow lamination and they look amazing. Also, very comfortable setting and a nice chat so the time passed so quickly! Would recommend ♥️

This is my first treatment here and I would highly recommend as it’s been 2 weeks since my 3 areas of Botox and the results are amazing best I have had from having Botox. My brows slightly lifted which has made a pleasant difference to my drooping eyelids. Overall just really pleased with the results and the friendly service as you are made to feel at ease throughout the procedure and everything is explained.

Absolutely love coming to see Havannah at beauty haven, she made me feel at ease the first time I met her! She is the only person I would trust with my brows and lashes now! I love them thank you :)
