I had an amazing experience at Pretty And Polished. Katie was so warm and welcoming from start to end. I was a bit nervous as I’m a nail biter which is quite embarrassing but Katie never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was a nightmare client with hard to work with nails, she was so gentle throughout the whole process and done such an amazing job with my nails. I absolutely love the finished results and the service that Katie provided. I’ll definitely be recommending Pretty and Polished, and will go back again.

Ive been coming to see Clare now for some time and always have an eyebrow tint/shape and eyelash lift. My eyebrows are always a treat to myself. Love my lash lift! I have had weekend lashes before with another salon but this just looks so much better, nicer and lasts so long. No more need for mascara either. Thank you! Ill be making this a regular thing too. Its always a pleasure to come and see you. See you again soon.

Great as always, came for my eyebrows to be waxed and tinted. They look amazing, they were all measured properly beforehand to give me the look I wanted and the best shape for my face. Best brows ever!

First time visiting Katie and I was a little nervous as my nails were in a total state but Katie made me feel totally at ease and transformed them! 🥰 she is such a lovely person and I really enjoyed our chats, Katie me feel so comfortable. In terms of my nails they look amazing now and the leopard print design is perfect. The nail room is lovely and Katie even has drinks and snacks to help yourself too. Probably best nail tech I’ve visited after trying a few! Would recommend Pretty & Polished 🫶🏻
