I had a set of Russians for Christmas and they are perfect! 😍 Beauty room is immaculate with and en-suite attached. Certifications on display. Professional and welcoming. All patch tests and forms completed prior to treatment. Chiara whilst professional is so kind and caring, she talked me through what she was doing and really put my mind at ease. I have sensitive eyes and she took care and paid attention to detail. As a glasses wearer I wasn't sure Russians would work for me, Chiara made sure my lashes sat perfectly under my glasses and followed up to ensure all was OK. Amazing service! Xx

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, all throughout my appointment, she made sure I was comfortable and happy, it was just like being at a friend's house, so relaxing, and perfect for a much needed bit of time for myself. I’ve had my eyebrows tinted & a lash lift & tint for the 2nd time. They looks amazing & I feel more youthful too. I’ve also had a back massage which Leah really helps with my knotted back. Have re-booked as Leah makes you feel so welcomed, relaxed & pampered. Can’t wait to try biab nails by Leah too. I honestly can’t recommend Leah highly enough. All I can say is do not hesitate to book in, you won’t be disappointed.
