Always a speedy and high quality experience coming here! I got my eyebrows threaded and legs waxed and it was done faster than the app tells you it'll be! Very happy with the results :) I was able to change my time to earlier on the day that I originally booked, via the app, easily with no hassle too.

Brows are amazing, Chey is very gentle and lovely to chat to. Bit disappointed about lashes as they haven’t lifted really at all. Told to come back in 4 weeks and try again which is fine, I’m happy to do that as long as there is no charge considering I have had successful lash lifts at other salons.

Absolutely loved the service I received today. Chey did an amazing job of my brows and I particularly liked how she would ask after each step if I was happy with the progress and if i wanted anything changed. I was talked through the process as well which was nice. Soraya did a beautiful job on my nails and made me feel so welcome. Soraya was also very professional when her phone had rung a couple of times, she asked if I minded if she sent a quick message to let whoever ringing know that she was working. I felt that was very polite and respectful of her. I will happily return 😊

I have had the BEST experience with Yvana! She has now done lash extensions and teeth whitening for me and both were incredible. I also took her classic lash extension course and I could not recommend it enough!
