Suz is amazing at what she does, highly skilled and professional. Does the best eyebrows on the Shire too. Her custom built studio is so immaculately clean and modern I wouldn’t think of getting my waxing done anywhere else... ooh and now she has a sauna! Looks awesome I can’t wait to give it a go!

Attended appointments for waxing and micro blading. Suzanne puts you at ease, she is very good at her job and efficient. I did not want thick brows that don’t suit my face and she listens carefully to what you want. She has done a really great job of my brows. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had 2 hours of blissfully relaxing facial treatments for Mother’s Day at OUCH Waxing Studio. I was feeling very flat when I walked into OUCH but floated on air when I walked out. It was a freezing cold day but the heater was on and Suzanne put a blanket over me, I think I nodded off at one point I was so relaxed. My skin has never felt better and I left with products and knowledge on how to look after my skin at home. I highly recommend OUCH to everyone especially tired mums who need a nap.
