I’ve been going to Jen for years now for my brows and she always does a wonderful job. I always get compliments on them and asked where I go. The new space is beautiful too! As someone on the autism spectrum I often find beauty places quite intimidating to go to but Jen has always made me feel comfortable and is so lovely and easy to talk to.

I’ve been coming to Jess for a number of years to have holiday waxing & nails done. I’ve been discussing my pigmentation and dull skin & she recommended the BeautyLab Glycolic Facial. I was not disappointed. It’s always relaxing going to Jess. She talked me through my concerns and what to expect.The whole experience was wonderful,the products smelt gorgeous, my skin looks so healthy and glassy. I nearly fell asleep on her lovely heated bed. Due to my pigmentation and long term skin goals I’m having the course of glycolic facials. I can already see and feel such a difference!

I had an incredible experience with my first glyco peel treatment! The facial was both relaxing and effective, with instant results. Jess was highly knowledgeable, walking me through each step beforehand and explaining the benefits of the glycolic peel. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin’s texture and glow. It reduced fine lines, minimised pores, evened out my tone, and left my skin feeling refreshed. What stood out was how personalised the treatment was, along with Jess's aftercare advice and product recommendations. I highly recommend Jess and this facial!!
