I had my first appointment with Jess, which was an eyebrow wax/re-shape and I left feeling super happy! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She asked questions to make sure I was 100% satisfied with what/how she was doing. She did not rush at all and explained every step or choice she made. I already can’t wait for my second appointment!
