Felt absolutely welcomed by mercedes, was my first visit to K & L, the shop is beautiful. Loved that mercedes asked me to show her some inspo looks and asked me loads of questions to ensure she got my lashes right. Love how they look but I'd definitely go more fuller next time. Thank you
