Phoebe is so lovely & a brilliant nail tech. She made me so comfortable both first and second appointment, even when I needed to change the style of lashes. She used her expertise to advise and give multiple options making me feel totally at ease throughout. I’ve also had amazing retention which I have found to be more difficult with previous techs! This is the third time I’ve been to Fran for a wax now and she is AMAZING. The extended bikini goes as far as you’d like it to and I’ve never met anyone so thorough (and I have the whole shebang done girls). If you’re a waxing girl you know how annoying (aka infuriating!!) it is when little bits get missed but Fran has absolutely none of that. I leave 1000% silky smooth every single time, never needing at home touch ups with the tweezers & she makes you feel TOTALLY at ease throughout the entire appointment. I’ll never go anywhere else again! 10 *s if I could give them ⭐️ Thanks so much Fran xx

It’s amazing what a good set of nails, a bit of tint, a wax here and there and a nip of wrinkle filler, does for the soul, and the lovely Charysse delivers it all with care, professionalism and a good natter. Lisa is always on hand to assist and the new welcome addition of Jodie has helped cement this lovely little gem into a one stop shop. Thank you ❤️ oh and my last lot of biab… lasted 5 whole weeks ladies.. no lifting of chipping, now that’s what you call a brilliant nail tech!

My first time with Charlotte as my usual therapist is taking some time off but for medical reasons I was desperate for a massage. Charlotte was very friendly and understanding to my needs, even though I booked very last minute. Communication was quick and concise and she helped me to work within my budget. Amazing as always! I have been going to Amelia for my nails for almost 6 months now. I love the care she takes with my nails. I’ve never been able to grow my natural nails with gel without them chipping. But they last all of 3-4 weeks. My nails are always in good hands with her. I’ve now being going to her for my lashes, brows and toes! It’s great having one person for all my beauty needs 🤍
