What a lovely young lady did my facial today. I know she had to pick up this appointment because a student was running late, and so I was really appreciative that she did that for me. Wonderful as usual! Antoniette is a great professional, I think she is the best eyelash extensions master in Rotorua. She works very gentle and accurate, fast, no discomfort afterwards and the result is great, which also lasts long.

My experience with Sonia in the faculty of Beauty was fantastic. She is very polite, customer focused and overall lovely. When engaging with me her voice is at the right volume which ensures our conversation is not heard throughout the room. This makes me feel more comfortable to converse with her gaining our topic. Lex was amazing. She explained every step of the process and demonstrated excellent product knowledge and application. I had an express facial, eyebrow shape & tint, and lip & chin wax.
