Maxine is friendly, professional, & was very patient while my daughter took forever to pick earrings. She made sure my daughter was comfortable at every step of the piercing process, & took the time to ensure the marks were equal on both ears. Piercings were done quickly & carefully & my daughter was surprised how quickly it was done & how little it hurt. She was given time to gather herself & Maxine only continued once my daughter was happy. The aftercare kit provided includes everything needed, with the offer to return if there are any issues with healing. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Bonnie did a brilliant bespoke facial taking into account what I wanted to get out of my skin and taking me through each product and giving me some tips for better skincare. Most importantly so relaxing too!! 100% recommend.

Room was warm and private, Brigita was kind and professional, really happy with the results and customer service

All the staff are lovely and the service is perfect.

I recently had my eye brows waxed and tinted by Lois . From start to finish before I even got to my appointment I was provided with clear instructions and a patch test kit delivered to my door. The whole process was very straight forward in terms of completing the patch test. Lois as always was so professional and makes me feel so comfortable and I am beyond happy with the end result. Thank you so much I really recommend Lois for this treatment!

Grace was excellent. She removed some bad lashes that I’d had done elsewhere.
