Friendly and helpful. I had a lash lift and tint. The tint looks great but I can’t really see much difference to my eyelashes with the lift. Probably will just get a tint next time.

The staff member that did my eyelashes was so good and I loved the look however I am a bit concerned of the amount of lashes that had already fallen out in the first 24hrs, this hasn't happened in the past?

Great tinting cours and very gentle

What a wonderful experience! Ange was so lovely! The facial was extraordinary and she took such great care. My skin is glowing. She has given me the most wonderful eyebrow wax and tint as well as an eyelash tint. My request for colour and shape is spot on.

Genna is so lovely and does a fantastic job on my eyelashes.

The Peel treatment and eyelash tint I had today was divine. My lashes look like I'm wearing mascara and my face feels amazing. Can not recommend Genna and Smooth Beauty Bar enough. Genna even met me at my car yesterday with an umbrella as it was pouring with rain. Now that is service. Love your work and you gorgeous lady. Thank you always going above and beyond for me xx🙏♥️

it was super amazing !! I'm not sure of the name of my beauty therapist (she had blonde hair) but she was so nice and lovely and did everything so gently on my eyelashes i was falling asleep!! Definitely recommend booking in with her and will be returning in the near future for sure !
