Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted. I basically had no eyebrows before coming in. I am very fair and blond. Phoebe did a wonderful job drawing them out prior to commencing the actual shaping and tinting so I could get a sense of what’s to come and/or make any changes I might have wanted. In the end brows look great! I also had her tint my eyelashes while there. Highly recommend!!!
