Natalya is the best hairdresser we’ve ever had. She makes time to find a disorganised family appointments; she listens, is both quick and thorough; the Studio is spotless, effortlessly manages chat from a 9 year old, some shyness of a 10 year old and changing-mind of a 43 year old.
