From the moment walking through the entrance into the lobby to the massage room and greeting by staff was phenomenal. The head & foot massage was very relaxing and it was not rushed. Very clean and great ambient setting.

I visited Ignite Your Soul for a relaxing head and foot massage, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Lola, my massage therapist, who immediately projected a positive and calming energy. The space was inviting, with cozy slippers and beverages offered to guests. The massage room was beautifully set up with soft music playing in the background and fresh flowers adding a lovely touch. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. Lola’s technique was soothing, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire session.

The experience was amazing. I got a facial and a massage. Mary was very warm and welcoming, very clean. Boy does she know how to soften up the knots in your body. Will be booking my next visit in 2 weeks. Thanks for an awesome first visit.

Had such an amazing morning! I got the bliss package and I left feeling absolutely amazing. The massage was perfect and so was the facial..my skin feels and looks the best it has in a long time! The esthetician was very friendly, kind and confident in her work. I highly highly recommend her and the spa and will definitely be coming back and recommending the spa to others!

The hot oil body treatment was fantastic! Samantha was great. I struggled to stay awake! The facial was just ok. It felt like there was a lot of hands-off time. The scalp massage was maybe only a minute and it seemed a little disorganized. My skin feels great though. Thanks for the nice birthday morning!

Facility: Interior was very clean and decorated nicely. It smelled amazing! Staff: The customer service was outstanding. I felt very welcomed and they were all so kind. Service: It was my first massage and facial and now i am hooked. They took their time.

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage and The ladies did a wonderful job applying pressure where needed and ensuring the experience was relaxing . They also used a lovely scrub on our backs to exfoliate which was a nice surprise . I highly recommend .

First time at the Spa but it was a very relaxing experience. Coleen was very thorough and I ended up napping a few times during the session. Very clean, well kept rooms. I loved the option and pricing for the couple massage.

Great experience! My boyfriend and I came for my birthday and had a 90 min couples massage and the he did a 30 min head massage and I did a 30 min foot massage. Coleen and Suzanne were amazing. We felt so relaxed afterwards and definitely plan to return. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service!! Wish I can give 10 stars. At first, I was little skeptical as they are not RMT but they proved me wrong with their exceptional service. Suzanne, was so welcoming and her service was exceptional and so professional. The room was clean and tidy. It be will be my go-to massage from now on and would recommend anyone to try out at least once. I would say they are way better than any other RMTs in GTA.
