My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

A profound experience today! I thought I had a pretty good understanding of how connected the mind and body are, until my session with Alison today. The past few months I’ve been exploring deep and complex issues with work and have had no processing / decompression time. Today’s massage felt like a serious purge in the most unexpected but powerful and beautiful way. Thank you SO much! I needed that more than I could have known!

I had an amazing massage with Kerry at Santosha Therapies after my first football game of the season, and it was exactly what I needed. My muscles were extremely tight, but Kerry worked wonders, helping with my recovery while making me feel completely relaxed and refreshed. Her beautifully designed studio added to the calming experience, and her skill and intuition were impressive. By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Kerry for anyone in need of muscle relief and relaxation. I'll definitely be back!!

As usual Kerry was ger most amazing self, so comforting and kind and her massages are the only time I truly relax. My neck, shoulders, and arms have been particularly tight and painful and now I'm feeling much more supple and in much less pain, I even went home abd stripped a wall of paper! Thank you 😊
