WOW! I have been seeing Rata for massage for 2 1/2 years, and I cannot believe each time it gets better. Just when I think I’ve had the best massage EVER, next time she ups her game that little bit more. Her intuitive hands, knees and elbows know exactly what I need and where… which, of course, is different every week. Just walking into Mellow Massage is a treat - it is warm, smells good, and the ginger tea is divine. All the staff are friendly, but Rata is my ‘go to’ for an incredible 90 minutes of mellow magic. I live on the North Shore, but travel to Orakei weekly for this. So worth it. 🙏

Would highly recommend Mellow they are friendly helpful and kind. My massages with Kaia are the best,when I ask for relaxing I come away with my body and being feeling just like that. And when needed straight up untying the knotted body and how, perfect. What I've asked for has been delivered.. awesome 👍😎

Fern was fantastic. She focused on the areas I asked, checked the pressure was ok, and gave attention to the rest of my body too for a balanced massage. The ginger tea after was a lovely touch before heading back out into the cold weather. Just what I needed to start my weekend!

Rata has been my massage therapist for almost two years now, and I’m sure I’ve said this before… but today was THE best massage EVER! After an unusually stressful month away with work, I needed to see her today. AMAZING! Rata massages intuitively, knowing where to look and how to put it right. I have never had two massages the same, because she reads my body each week and in the first five minutes has ascertained what needs her attention. The shop is clean, with gorgeous linen; it smells beautiful, and the staff are fabulous. I live on the other side of town - but the trip is worth it. 🙏

Every visit is great and they're reasonably priced. I would have a 2-hour massage two or three times a week if I could. I've brought my adult kids here and they're also fans.
