Nid is exceptional. She really understands how to gauge your massage needs and has some great techniques up her sleeve to help you manage muscle and skeletal pain and tightness. TBH I have tried a few in the region and Nid outperforms them all!!! Thanks Nid.

I love Urban Retreat. Generally staff are very attentive however I found this therapist left the room multiple times, and I could feel and hear her phone vibrating and the massage stop as she responded. I was called in late (not my fault) and was finished at the right time losing approx 10mins of my massage.

I visited Gungahlin Thai Remedial Massage today after several months. I had another fantastic remedial massage. Nid was again fantastic!!! She is very friendly and kind. Her combination of three techniques - Thai traditional, remedial oil and hot stone was superb! Strongly recommended!! They are located on the Anthony Rolfe Ave, Gunghalin
