Unbelievable experience. A beautifully designed spa with very courteous and friendly staff. I enjoyed a session in the Salt Cave followed by a Swedish massage. Both thoroughly relaxing treatments. So much so I almost left my shoes at the spa! I made it to my car before realizing I hadn’t returned their flip flops. In addition to the professional and friendly customer service the staff were nice enough to invite me to join them for a glass of wine at their staff barbecue. Truly incredible spa employed by very kind and lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough and look forward to my next visit

I have been going to this location for more than a year for nails, waxing, lashes, massage and facials. The staff are lovely and always provide a great service! Highly recommend for anyone in the Niagara area.

Tiffany and Maya were absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and made the whole experience very relaxing. We did the swedish massage, salt float and then the salt cave. Couldn't ask for a better day!

I had the best experience ever! Very welcoming and warm staff. The pedicure was phenomenal and the foot massage was 10/10! I will only get manicures and pedicures here!

This was our first visit. My daughter and I had a very relaxing time. Your spa is beautiful and someone has a keen eye for detail!. Our experience would have been even better if we could choose the order of services (but also understand why/how this would be difficult). We would have preferred to visit the cave first then the relaxing massage, not the other way around. Only because the cave is cool and we tensed up a bit after having the wonderful swedish massage. Well done everyone! We will be back!!

The cave is such a relaxing experience. Not my first time and certainly will not be my last. I also had the foot mud bath and exfoliation. My aesthetician was lovely and amazing at a foot massage. I look forward to my next visit.

Rachel is amazing as always. I felt the staff rushed the end of the appointment because a group of 4 was waiting. Rachel is known for her amazing work. To rush her and the end of my appointment was not was I have ever experienced before, especially for the price. I will always stick with Rachel. Perhaps the team needed to stop looking at me wondering if she could hurry it up. No one offered to finish the massage or the top coat, instead kept swarming is to hurry up. Rachel kept apologizing to me.

Faith did a really wonderful job! Did a brow lamination and last lift and tint, anddd omg my brows are so beautiful and fluffy! Plus, I had a back treatment with Natasha, and she’s the beeest! Massage was so good and very relaxing. Everyone is so friendly! Highly recommend!

Amazing massage!!

I don’t even know where to begin! My experience at The Salt Caves was absolutely amazing. Started off with the hand & foot detox, which made me feel so relaxed before I began my massage & facial treatments. The massage was an absolute dream! It was my first facial as well, my face has never felt so clean and moisturized. I have never felt so pampered before. Maya was fantastic! The whole experience felt so warm and welcoming. I can not wait to experience all the other wonderful treatments they have to offer!

It was great from beginning to end. The attention to detail was excellent. We had a great time and appreciated the effort that was made to accommodate us. A special thank you to Teresa and the massage therapists who did such a great job!

It was a great experience. I've been in the salt cave before. The hand and foot detox was incredible. I had an ache and numbing feeling on my left big toe and it disappeared. The facial and back massage was also incredible.
