Appointment for pedicure and gel nails on hand and feet on 6th January. My hand nails were done first, a basic pale pink with a Matt top coat. Next my feet. Well I won't be going anywhere else to get my pedicures! Sue was attentive, chatty and great massager! She explained every step of the process. Very informative on the products Sue was using. After the treatment my feet felt amazing! I will be having my feet done again 😃

Went for a deep tissue massage after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Iwona was great and really knowledgeable about how muscles nerves and tendons all interlink across the body. She showed me on wall charts what was happening and got to work sorting things out. I was really pleased with the results and will be going back to ensure I don't get any repeat of this pain.

I have been having trouble with back and neck pain for some time , it was suggested by my GP that a deep tissue massage might help my condition. I was treated by Iwona on the initial consultation she fully understand what was required, and got to work , I can honestly say it's the 1st time I've ever felt such relief, she is a miracle worker , I've been going every week now and to experience a life free from pain is worth ever penny of Iwona miracle hands . She's so professional, understanding, funny, its a pleasure to be associated with The Body alignment studio, I can fully recommend it

I visited Body Alighment Studio this afternoon and had a calm body massage with Iwona. She was fantastic and I highly recommend her! After a stressful few weeks and holding tension in my neck and shoulders, she really helped with that and more. She checked if I was happy with the pressure and she really listened to my needs. She found things too that I hadn't even realised was an issue until she was working on that area! I can't praise her enough and I am going to make it a regular, self-care visit for my mental and physical health. Thank you, Iwona - you're amazing!
