There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. It was my first ever visit to a massage, Paul asked questions of myself and listened hard and then over the next hour or so gave me his professional skills and while doing so explained what he was doing and why. It was a great experience for me and he was great at making me feel comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend Paul.
