The P/T sessions are great as during the P/T session I am pushed to my limit with the weight measurement and the number of repetitions undertaken, e.g. 40 kg weight x 20 repeats x 3. My body is so much stronger and bone density has increased! Thank you Natural Strength! Wendy

Really hoping someone rolls water break for Tash this week in our final week of the Spring/Summer Challenge 🙈 I see her little smirk as she ups the intensity of our activities.
