The reformer never lies. Incredible attention to detail … I am learning so much. First time on the reformer three years ago - today (twice a week) I am a fitter healthier stronger person. Nina always has a plan. Nothing is random. Clear communication and strong focus. All of these and so much more describes Nina and her coaching. So grateful that I ‘gave it a go’ all those years ago.

Nina and her reformer never cease to impress. Used the jump board today - great fun but it wasn’t half a workout! Continuing to build my confidence and getting stronger all the time.
