Mousey Browns is such a warm and friendly, inclusive, environment. My daughter went for her latest appointment, accompanied by her assistance dog, and they were both made so welcome. Cannot recommend Ellie enough , really listens and understands your requests, knows what cut and colour will work with your hair and lots of tips for styling and products to use at home . The salon is clean , modern and friendly.

I was very nervous, as I'm an ex hairdresser and don't trust many people with my hair, but friends and family recommend the salon, and I'm glad they did, my hair was in bad condition and thinning a lot due to health and menopause, but I visited for a consultation first which was very thorough, on the day of my appointment, I said how nervous I was and Chelsea put me at ease immediately, talked me through every step of the way, the end result is amazing, my hair feels like hair again and thicker, I will definitely becoming back, thank you,❤️
