Well that was an experience. Greeted by a most welcoming four legged friend Ronnie who is absolutely the centre of attention at this amazing salon with a very wecoming team of hairdresser and beauticians. I have finally found somewhere that listens to the customer and then does an amazing job. Dawn was absolutely brilliant, she listened, was tentative and did an amazing job of my colour and curls, naturally curly hair can be really hard but not for Dawn. Thank you so much. This salon is friendly and really focused on the customer. Thank you again I will be back.

Highly recommend. Went to this salon for the first time today after having a disastrous hair cut elsewhere. Becky was great, she put some style back in my hair and made it look great. Will definitely be back!

We had a brilliant time at Bounce today. Amia was brilliant with my 4 year old, a fab cut and styling but also so kind helping her to relax and enjoy her time. We got lots of curly hair tips too. We highly recommend Bounce and will be back.
