Sim is amazing! Has already improved my skin texture in one session and appears to be the only person I've seen that was able to identify my problem for what it actually is (trapped oil and not milia). My four year old daughter stroked my face a few days after my appointment and asked me what I had on my face- to which I said nothing- and she then said why does your face feel so soft mammy? I was so gassed! Also, Sim is lovely to talk to which definitely makes the appointment more fun! Would highly recommend. Looking forward to going back for my next appointment.

Duddde Sim made me feel a million bucks! I had the hydro facial thingy and she also used a light to help reduce my inflammation, you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing (unlike me) and everything smelt and felt lovely, and like super thorough!! My spotty skin feels so clear and fresh now I'm really so pleased. The only bad thing is that I now have to budget for this regularly 😆 love how it made me feel thank you!

A fabulous massage, Grace. Just what I needed (and thanks also for the hug - all round therapy ☺️).

First massage treatment this afternoon with Heather. Wasn’t sure what to expect but found it to be really great. I was warm and comfortable and Heather explained every step of the way what she was doing and why. I can’t say it was without some discomfort at times but I honestly have found some benefit already. No pain no gain as the saying goes and I’m hopeful that this will help to make my movement easier. I would definitely recommend a massage session if you are suffering any aches and pains or have an injury which could benefit from this kind of therapy. I found it to be great. Hilary

Ella was great with sports massage working on tight areas of calves and shoulders. Always checking the pressure was not too great. Afterwards she explained where the specific tighter points were and how to look after myself after a deep massage re hydration and food. I feel a lot freer 11 hours later when writing this.
