I've used SMJ sports therapy for a number of years now, for various issues, and as always, Sam gives a quality, professional sports massage that consistently leaves me feeling better at the end of it. Would definitely recommend treatment and advice for those niggling aches and pains.

Very Highly recommend Sam..... always feel so much better afterwards! Starting having sports massage therapy sessions with Sam when I was training for a marathon hike, but continue to have sessions which really helps with postural issues from sitting at a desk for 8-10 hours a day.

Sam is great. I am training for ultra marathon races next year and Sam helps me avoid injury by providing "maintenance" every couple of weeks. She is also brilliant at diagnosing and resolving any issues. I recommend Sam!
