This is just my third experience with sports massage, and the first two were great, but Valentina went above and beyond! She's really passionate about not only massage but fitness and health in general, and gave me some useful tips for things I can try in my training and self care, and I'm very much looking forward to trying them. Oh, and the massage itself was great too!

A great sports massage and a friendly gym.

Valentina was very helpful in diagnosing my back problem, including testing my workout method in the gym. She also spent time explaining and showing me an exercise plan and massaging the painful areas. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing. Professional and very much helpful. Talked me through the process and given help and tips to try out so I can ease off the pain. Walked in due to severe back pain but I can honestly say I left feeling much better and also not requiring painkillers which I've been taking for the past few days.
