Time session is fantastic. I use this service nearly every week. It's so reasonably priced and the beauty of the time session is you can alter what you would like and the team work with you to tailor the treatment to suite your needs.

I've been going to see Ben for a good few years now. If your doing any kind of training or just need to be reset then you have to go for some sports therapy with Ben. Those thumbs of his will get any knot out your back, loosen up those tight calf muscles from running, get those peck and shoulders back firing on all cylinders for your benching. If your spend so much time on your nutrition and training hard in the gym, your body needs to be massaged back to full health. You will feel amazing afterwards. I Highly recommend Ben and those thumbs of his.
