Miroslava is a very knowledgeable professional and friendly massage therapist. She did a Sports Massage and incorporated some cupping for my shoulder, which has made a huge difference to my mobility. I teach fitness so have had a lot of sports massages in the past and this is by far the best. I would 100% recommend Miroslava.

Lovely back massage. LeftJo pain free. She does it very hard which relieves the pain but it’s hard work for her. ! My 88 year old mum came too and had a wonderful EveTaylor facial. Which made her look twenty years younger. Plus. Jo worked on her arthritic back and neck which helped make it all feel supple and pain free Very reasonable prices. Thanks Jo. Julie x👍❤️🙏

I had my first visit to Nicola, she was very warm and welcoming. I had a lovely treatment (Mian Dui facial massage and Indian head massage) which was extremely relaxing. I have already recommended Nicola to friends and family. I'm looking forward to returning!

Toni helped me recover from a shoulder problem I had in thr Spring with a pinched nerve near my neck and painful knot around the scapula area causing spasms and painful tightness all down my right arm. She played a key role in helping me recover recommending physiotherapy for the neck area, ultrasound, which I did with a physio. Recently I enjoyed a deep tissue massage as part of my training regime without any shoulder pain thanks to Toni and her advice and guidance.

Today I had a back massage to help with a neck injury, and I am thrilled with the results! From the moment I arrived, the therapist made me feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns and understand the exact nature of my injury.

Booked in for an initial consultation and sports massage on legs after feeling tight during runs. Really effective session and feel a lot looser, will definitely be returning!
