Lovely little beauty room, hidden away in Bournville. Havannah is very friendly, reassuring and pays such attention to detail. She talks you through the process and shows you what she’s doing as she goes along. She did an excellent job of my eyebrows and I will absolutely book another appointment with her. I will always go to Molly for both my lashes and aesthetics. She kills it every time!! She is so welcoming, friendly and down to earth you could not ask for a better experience. My last lash set lasted me over six weeks until i had them done again and they still looked fresh. She is absolutely the best at what she does, could not recommend more!!!!

I love my new lashes and HD eyebrows! It is the first time that I had ever had them done and I am so in love with them. I feel like they make my eyes pop without makeup. The service was excellent, comfortable and also fantastic communication throughout from Havannah. I would definitely recommend!

Molly is excellent! I have extremely sensitive skin around my eyebrows and have had some terrible experiences in the past of having my eyebrows waxed, but Molly’s care and professionalism ensures that those issues are a thing of the past. My lashes are natural looking and irritation free. I would thoroughly recommend Molly - she is fabulous.

As always, great experience, the lady who usually does my eyebrows was poorly, I got a call and was told with alternative times, great customer experience- thank you 😊
