My session with Pete today was all a bit of a revelation really! I learned so much and have a far greater understanding of the problems I have been experiencing. Having not had full neck rotation to the left for as long as I can remember I left the session being able to look back over my left shoulder!! Amazing!

After trying a taster session, I booked in for reflexology with the auricular acupuncture with Lucy and highly recommend! Lucy is friendly & puts you as ease straight away. She’s provides a very informative overview following the session which was so accurate to the symptoms I had been experiencing.

I went to see Sophie Lamb regarding my left knee which I have injured whilst playing Sport. Sophie took the time at the beginning of the appointment to find out what my injury was and to explain the sports injury therapy that would be carried out. My left knee feels great now and I am ultimately injury free. I would highly recommend Sophie for sports injury therapy, Sophie is a true professional who is a master of her work. Sophie provided me with advice and guidance post treatment and I have found this beneficial carrying out these exercises in the gym. An excellent service provided 😀
