I’ve been coming to Sue for my waxing and the odd mani/pedi for some years now and finally decided to try the lava shell massage. Oh wow it was by miles the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had lots of massages over the years and will definitely now only ever choose lava shell, it was heavenly!

Libbie has been doing my lashes for nearly a year now, I wouldn’t trust or go to anyone else. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so easy to talk too.

Kiran is the best eyelash technician I have met across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. She always makes an effort to accommodate availability and the lashes are absolutely beautiful. Also her set up is relaxing and gives very soft energy - you leave feeling great.
