Honestly, emotional. They were amazing, they explained everything to me, took my preferences on board and respected my requests throughout. I’m currently growing my hair out after braving the shave for my sister, worried about losing too much length and that I’m autistic makes going to the hairdressers an anxious experience at best. I couldn’t praise them more. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name! You’ve made my year!

She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .
