From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and offered a drink. Consultation was given with honesty, precision, clear communication to ensure Dee and I were on the same page. Dee saw my vision and ran with it, with no hesitation. Outcome was absolutely brilliant, blew my expectations out the waters. I am very happy with my full head of highlights. I will definitely be back in two weeks for keratin treatment.

Darshita and Team are so wonderful - am glad to have found them (customer for nearly a year now). So trustworthy and obliging to cater for those running extremely late due to Traffic coming from West to South AKL. They've kept my hair coloring on file and what needs to be done for next scheduled visit. Love the team and would highly recommend them - Make an Appointment 'Online Booking' is better than phoning in, cause they could be busy with customers.

I had a colour, Keratin treatment and a cut done at Express Otahuhu. The staff were very friendly and professional. They talked me through what was happening at every step of the Keratin process. I would certainly recommend their services to those wanting a Keratin treatment.

I have been coming here to Kess since 2022 and the results they produce on my hair is unmatched, not to also mention the prices are affordable and worth it! I’m talking almost $40 cheaper for a hair wash, dry and GHD straightening compared to other salons. Also the advice they give to ensure healthy hair and also not overselling their products but giving recommendations. I always go here when I can but they’re usually full so always book an appointment to secure a spot! I have never left here disappointed and today after a long night shift I felt so good and pampered with my hair🥰

Bought the $99 Grabone deal for half head of highlights, cut, treatment and finish. Paid $49 for the toner. Jay did a great job on my hair! She was friendly, attentive, professional and gave me good advice for my hair type. Will def head back to see Jay again. 🙌🏽

Long wait times, however happy with how my daughters highlights turned out and at an affordable price without the extra toner added.

Compared to my regular I use to see they are excellent here. Definitely 👍 to you…thank you 😊
