Loved my experience here, Chloe was great and really like the balayage in my hair. The whole team was lovely and I felt very looked after the whole morning! :)

Simply put, Kennedy's is exceptional. They really are a first class salon. Service is great. Hairwashing/head massage is brilliant. And Chloe, my stylish and colourist (balayage) is first class. Thanks everyone.

First visit today, been box dying my hair for many years and fancied switching up my colour. Katie did a fabulous job of lifting my hair, colour perfect and subtle ash blonde balayage. I was there a good few hours and made to feel very welcome with tea. Katie explained each step of what she was doing. Lovely salon with lovely staff too. Highly recommend 💗

First time for balayage and cut with Chloe. Absolutely wonderful. Very professional and efficient. Colour is spot on. Trying to grow longer/stronger hair so a bit concerned about the cut but needn't have been, looks amazing and very good (but considerate) 'tidy and shape.' Love it.

Have been getting my Balayage done by Nicola for a few years now, met her first at a London Salon and then followed her into Essex ever since!!! My hair queen extraordinaire never lets me down! The balayage I had looked amazing and the colour perfect. Unfortunately my colour appointment took longer than planned so wasn’t able to get my hair cut but this was not the staffs fault. Everyone was very polite and helpful and I will be returning to get the cut carried out and future balayage maintenance

Very professional staff. I always feel like I'm in a London salon except much bigger! All staff so polite and nice. It's an appointment I look forward to every 5 weeks! Been coming to you guys for 22 years. Both my children had their 'first' haircuts here, they are now 19 and 21. I've tried other salons along the way (after I moved) but I always come back as no-one does it better. Keep doing what you're doing, I don't know what I'd do without you x
