Alison was lovely and asked for my feedback throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable enough to ask her to change things a bit when she'd finished and asked if it was okay. Then she happily cut some more like I asked. She also showed me a few tips on how to style my curvy/wavy hair too. The atmosphere is lovely and everyone seems very friendly. My hair is amazing, I feel like myself again!

Great experience, Helen took the time at the start of my appointment to discuss what I wanted and what would work for my hair. I’m so pleased with the colour, it’s exactly what I wanted.

Helen, always takes time to do an initial consultation to assess your hair, how it’s been since your last cut and she listens to your feed back and what you want changing or remaining the same. She always checks out if you would like any final adjustments and whether you are happy with the final result. This is my third visit to Helen’s salon today, she has lots of patience, which is very important to me as I hate having my hair cut, and she has a tremendous amount of experience , that reflects in the end result of which I’m very pleased and impressed with. Thank you Helen.

I have been using this salon for around 3 years, always an excellent service. Today i had a change from my normal all over brown colour and went for a caramel coloured balayage. Lauren coloured and styled my hair exactly like the picture I showed, exactly as i wanted it, im very pleased with how it turned out. Lovely friendly, relaxed, professional salon. I would highly recommend.
