Lovely friendly staff, they were all warm welcoming and chatty. Very relaxed atmosphere I the salon which is decorated with taste and style. As for my hair, I had a head of foils, colour and a haircut which was expertly done . I’m extremely pleased with it and will definitely be returning 😋

Fabulous first time experience. The entire team at The Knott really couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly. From trainee to boss, the level of professionalism and care is exemplary. Kerry’s first class technical knowledge and outstanding practical expertise have resulted in a haircut that not only looks fantastic, it has given me the confidence boost I sorely needed. The entire experience was so comfortable, it was almost like spending time with friends... Except The Knott’s coffee is infinitely better!!

I had a great haircut here. The staff are warm and friendly and the actual cut and style was great. Also the most comfortable chair for a hair wash I have ever sat in! It's a real shame I don't live locally but thoroughly recommend it for those of you who do.

It's my first time coming to the Knott and I loved my experience. From my first consultation, I was put at ease, I have curly hair and for the first time ever really wanted it to be cut by someone that understood what my hair needed. Instantly I felt that they knew what they were talking about and put my trust in them to know what to do to my hair. My trust definitely wasn't miss placed as I have left with an amazing new haircut which is perfect for my curly hair, it's never felt healthier (especially after a bleach!) and the colour has expertly been done to really reflect the curls. Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time!
