I was very anxious about visiting a salon after years of haircuts by mobile hairdressers (and not being keen on getting a haircut anyway). I met Sam at the reception area and she helped me feel calmer. After a short discussion about the proposed cut, I had a relaxing hair wash. Following this, the actual cut. Sam was great at checking how I was feeling about it and also gave me tips and ideas for styling and caring for my hair. I’m not great at conversation but Sam was able to keep us chatting (and giggling). The end product was amazing, I am very happy that I chose Sam to do my hair.

In a previous review, I said I’d be back, and today I have. As expected, the staff were courteous, personable, and gave some really appreciated advice about hair care and styling going forward. Really pleased with my haircut today, and I simply couldn’t have asked for more out of the experience!
