Booked this for my partner because his usual hair dressers were unavailable. He has a unique haircut that's long and a history of stylists not knowing what to do with it. He was anxious about having to try somewhere new before a wedding but we were floored with how well the stylist did and it was worth every penny. Trust these guys and I'm sure he'll be back! Now that I've recently had a major makeover and trying extremely short haircuts, I was looking for a hair salon that would be attentive, friendly & creative. Moving into this neighbourhood quite recently has made me feel slightly anxious that I will struggle to find a stylist to hear or top my ideas. However, following positive feedback from a local resident, I think this place is the one! How lucky I am! Thank you for an overall wonderful first visit!

Great staff, appointment ran on time. Very happy with my visit to Bev for haircut and Monica for nail maintenance.

Friendly service, fabulous haircut!

We genuinely had a lovely time at our appointment, my young daughter joined me and it was nice and quiet in the salon so Thomas chatted through the colours book with her whilst doing my hair. I had a great haircut and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Thomas does really detailed and precise cuts for short hair which I love. Thank you.

I have my eyebrows threaded by Laura and I am once again delighted with her work and my experience in as a whole in the salon. I won’t go to anyone else. I recommend Laura at Eleven Eleven.

Absolutely loved the service and my new haircut, Nahid really took the time to understand which type of hairstyle I wanted and went above and beyond to make me look and feel beautiful I would 100% recommend 🙂

5 stars for the service provided by the girls. Laura gave superb service as always and I wouldn't take a star away from her for the state of the salon. If my rating was on the salon I'd give it 2 stars. The"refit" is terrible. The walls look like bare unfinished plaster. The paint work is shoddy. Skirting, plugs, light fittings look filthy & covered in paint. The pedicure platform is a trip hazard and I do not want to sit with my feet out in the middle of the room for all to see. The manicure tables are too narrow and too close to other clients. Reception already has flaking paint. Very poor

Kuljit made me feel so comfortable and made the appointment as fast and smooth as possible! Amazing experience and will definitely return☺️
