What a difference this week’s treatments have made to both my mental health and energy levels! I treated myself to a facial, massages, reiki and reflexologies (over a week) and am really feeling the benefits. Catherine is just amazing at what she does and is very reasonably priced. Also, she is such a lovely, kind hearted person. I’ve been a customer for a few years and every treatment has been blissful and so therapeutic. She has honesty made such a difference to my well being. I highly recommend Catherine and look forward to many more treatments and my reiki level 2 attunement very soon.

I visited La Beauty and Spa on Saturday for a hot stone back massage. As always was met with a warm welcome into a lovely warm salon on a horrible windy heavy raining day. Leonie carried out my massage was very professional, very experienced. Asked me how i would like my massage. Talked me through different options taking into account an existing shoulder problem. Came out feeling much more relaxed. Whilst there i visited the little shop within the salon . Louisa stocks all her own products but sells other people's products too, lots made in Sheffield by local craftspeople. Highly recommend

Lucy at Origin Massage gave the most heavenly swedish massage! She was really attentive to my needs, checking in with me throughout our session. As someone with chronic pain, I really appreciated the time she took to understand my condition and ajdust accordingly, making the whole massage completely stress free. Afterwards I felt the most relaxed I’ve been in years. I’ll absolutely be coming back again in the future, all round a glorious, healing experience! 10/10
