Teresa, Lucy, and the staff are fantastic; true experts who always deliver flawless results with care and attention to detail. Today, I had my brows waxed, but I also come for LVL lashes, tanning, nails, and more. They’re always accommodating, and every visit is a treat. First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!
